Eric Hart set up Auchendean Resources to support several local needs, having honed his skills at cooking
at Auchendean Lodge Hotel's very popular and successful restaurant over a 20 year period.
He originally trained as a book-keeper & accountant, and his interests are wide and varied:
A popular past-time has always been photography and
Eric has built up a large portfolio of images of Strathspey
and the Scottish Highlands as well as a from travelling
around Britain, and other parts of the World. A particular
speciality has develped around atmospheric images
